K Dance presents YES! Dance Festival which brings together national companies to present original works which engage audience members to experience new ways to think about contemporary dance and theatre.

This year dancers arrive from Ohio, Pennsylvania, Washington, DC, California, New York City, Wisconsin. K Dance  and Conflux Dance Theatre will represent Richmond.

Intriguing themes are explored in this festival...with titles "Like Bamboo", "a la Fuller" (inspired by the legendary dancer Loie Fuller) and

"Liar's Mane" (inspired by a scene in the 1973 film "Fantastic Planet" by Rene Laloux).

Bridge 9 Presents Closing Night: An improvised Musical! No improvised musical is the same so you get to witness the opening and closing night. With suggestions from the audience this talented team of improvisers weaves (and sing) their way through a full musical! A truly unique experience. You won't want to miss Closing Night of this improvised musical!

Blood from a Turnip is a Puppet Salon celebrating the diversity of puppet expression and the range of folks who tell stories through objects. Since its founding in 1997, the event has presented short form puppet shows in a variety of styles and incubates the professional and amateur puppeteer alike.

In a world where consumerism is king, distraction is everywhere and public discourse is shot, a couple from New York City arrive at a rented McMansion on a hill to attend a family wedding.  SMOKE is a darkly funny play about what happens when truth is up for grabs.

Enid Graham is a writer and actress living in New York City where she is a 2022
graduate of the Lila Acheson Wallace Playwriting Program at Juilliard. Most recently, Tenderness and Gratitude Number Four was seen as part of the Scripts in Hand series at the Westport Country Playhouse and it received a reading at the Chance Theatre in Anaheim, CA. Her play A Long Time Ago in a Dark Yard at Night was performed in a 2022 reading series at the Hudson Stage Company, and her short play for Zoom, Do Not Go, My Love was performed in an online reading series, also at Hudson Stage. Golden was presented in audio format for The Falconworks Theater Company. What Martha Did received a preview production in the Launch Pad series at UCSB. Her play Ruth was chosen for the National Playwrights Conference at the O’Neill Center and the New TACTics New Play Festival in NYC. What Martha Did, was a finalist for the National Playwrights’ Conference and a semi-finalist in the Blue Ink Playwriting Festival in Chicago. Other plays include: Smoke (2022 NPC finalist), Pathological Venus (2020 finalist NPC), Something Unrecognizable, The Plans I Have for You, How To Save Ourselves, and Saint Vegas. As an actress, her credits include numerous Broadway and off-Broadway productions such as The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime, and Honour (Tony Award nomination), and Television/Film including The Sinner, Boardwalk Empire, Margaret, Mare of Easttown, and Rabbit Hole.

Two bitterly estranged siblings and their unwitting spouses navigate an uncomfortable and chaotic reunion at the old family lake house  to spread the ashes of their late father. Past pains get wrapped up with current struggles in this sardonic and wrenching examination of ‘adulting’.
